Our core values at Ark John Archer are at the heart of our teaching, we believe that establishing a culture of respect and kindness for others develops a strong sense of community. We nurture resilience and aspiration through pupils and staff working collaboratively.

Our mission is to: 

• Provide a learning environment based on our values of respect, aspiration, community, kindness, resilience and collaboration to develop attitudes that prepare pupils well for life
• Teach a relevant, purposeful, enjoyable and inspiring curriculum which engages pupils and develops aspirational learners
• Nurture high self-esteem, confidence and pride in our achievements
• Build a positive partnership between pupils, staff, governors, parents and the local community recognising that everyone has a valuable contribution and can learn from each other.
