Ark John Archer Primary Academy has been awarded a 'Good' rating by Ofsted in their first inspection.

Inspectors commended the school for providing a safe and nurturing environment where children felt happy and safe. The report highlighted strong leadership, effective teaching, and a well-planned curriculum, which led to good outcomes and personal development for children.

Teachers were praised for using effective strategies to engage and challenge, especially in reading and communication skills.

In addition, the reports highlighted strong relationships with parents, which helped create a supportive and inclusive ethos.

Ark John Archer Primary Head of School Glenn Prior said: "We're overjoyed to receive this good rating from Ofsted, which is a testament to the hard work and commitment of our staff, pupils and families. At Ark John Archer, we are committed to providing a high-quality education for every child."

The inspection took place on 24th and 25th January 2023.
