The curriculum at Ark John Archer Primary is rich and inspiring, with a broad range of experiences and opportunities. Core subjects of maths, English, Science and P.E. are complemented by a topic-based approach to other subject areas including Geography, History, Computing and Religious Education. We are also very lucky to have specialist teachers for  PE, and Spanish.

Lower Key Stage 2 Years 3 and 4 are excited  be taking part in the Ark Curriculum Plus Pilot and will be studying Ancient Greece in the Spring Term 2019 and Biomes in the Summer Term 2019.

We aim to educate the whole child in order to enable them to reach their potential. Pupil wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do.

Our indoor and outdoor classrooms provide a calm and stimulating environment where our children are encouraged to explore, discover and question through a range of exciting learning opportunities.
